The Pulse’s thermocouple board not only protects your thermocouples, it contributes greatly to noise elimination by reducing magnetic interference that causes problems within the thermocouple. The multiplexer converts actual voltage analog signal into digital signal so the Pulse Controller can read and monitor zone temperature. Exclusive to Fast Heat by Spark Industries, Active Thermocouple Protection (ATP) acts like a circuit breaker to open a circuit if a large power surge occurs and protects thermocouples.
