At Fast Heat by Spark, we make injection molding easier, more reliable, and more productive.

From simple applications to complex molding challenges, we help molders open process windows, maximize uptime, reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and support advanced manufacturing practices.

Since 2003, we have helped molders integrate hot runner controls into molding cells using contact relay I/O. These integrations support practical productivity improvements such as press stop signals for leaks, alarm-based conveyor control, machine-history alarm stamping, tip boosting after idle time, automatic zone idling, and startup soak timers.

Our hot runner temperature control helps molders produce challenging part geometries and materials with greater consistency and less downtime. Additional productivity tools include our patented MoldXChecker® and CableXChecker® diagnostic devices, which provide fast, accurate testing of hot runner systems and cables.

We also offer easy-access terminal boxes with optional thermocouple protection to reduce wiring time, prevent errors, and protect against ground leakage.

Fast Heat by Spark is committed to helping molders work smarter, run longer, and produce with confidence.

What information do you need to specify connectors on a hot runner controller, cables, and mold boxes?2026-06-06T18:30:19+00:00

If you have the mold and controller connector drawings, that is ideal. Otherwise, follow the instructions for sending pictures of your hot runner cables:

    • Picture of the T/C cable only, holding both ends of the cable on one picture.
    • Picture of the heater cable only, holding both ends of the cable on one picture.
    • Note: It is very important that both ends of only one cable appear in a single picture.
