Refunds
Full Refunds Will Be Granted up to 30 Days from Purchase
Spark Industries provides full, unconditional product refunds to customers up to 30 days from the day of purchase. The customer may choose to exchange the purchased product for one of equal value or receive a full cash or credit refund based on the form of the original payment. Unfortunately, Spark Industries cannot refund original shipping charges.
Customers will be asked to provide a valid reason for claiming a refund.
Spark Industries will alert the customer as to when the exchange or refund has been delivered. Note: If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns must have an authorized Return Authorization (RA) number assigned to the product prior to returning to Spark Industries. The RA number can be obtained by contacting us here. At the time of the RA request, specific details (i.e. model number, order number and reason for return) are requested. All RA numbers are valid for 30 days.
Cancellations
Our automated online ordering system processes your order immediately after you click the “Order” button in Checkout. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel your order before it is fulfilled. However, you may follow the returns instructions above.
