What information do you need to specify connectors on a hot runner controller, cables, and mold boxes?

If you have the mold and controller connector drawings, that is ideal. Otherwise, follow the instructions for sending pictures of your hot runner cables:

• • Picture of the T/C cable only, holding both ends of the cable on one picture.    
  • Picture of the heater cable only, holding both ends of the cable on one picture.
  • Note: It is very important that both ends of only one cable appear in a single picture.
