We will notify you that the item is beyond repair so you can decide whether to pay for return shipping (possibly for spare parts) or have us dispose of the item (s) upon receiving your written instructions.
How long does it take to repair controllers, cables, and mold boxes?
Most repairs can be accomplished in a couple of weeks. However, it mostly depends on the availability of spare parts.
What is the warranty for repaired items?
Fast Heat controllers are given a 1-year warranty. Other brands will be determined at the time of service.
Does the program include cables?
Yes, we will make you a trade-in offer for cables. However, if a cable has a short, it would not be salvageable.
What if my controllers are not in working condition?
We’ll still evaluate the controllers to determine if our team can get them running and sellable on the used market.
How do I know I’m getting fair market value for my used hot runner controllers?

How can I measure hot runner energy savings?
We install a Power Analyzer to collect data on two-second intervals on all three phases. This should be used on each controller being compared under identical conditions (ramp-up, run-time, process temps, etc).
