This hot runner heater cable is identical to our Fast Heat Standard hot runner heater cable. Features include robust 24-pin inserts with silver plated, copper alloy, molded in place pins on the male insert and molded-in-place female contacts on the female insert. Both inserts are rated at 16 amp, made of injection molded polycarbonate, and include screw terminations for easy and secure wire connections.
This design overcomes the most common problems with hot runner connections including pushed back or bent pins, pushed back inserts, high amp deterioration, loose or broken latches, and missing or loose ground wire connections.
