Booth 827 is one-half of a 20ft x 20ft island booth shared with booth 926, exhibitor Zeiger Industries Inc. Spark Industries distributes Zeiger’s 4-piece Mallard Screw Tip Assemblies and collaborates on the design and sales of a fully tapered heated machine nozzle. The conjoined booth will be topped with a cobranded, circular hanging banner with Fast Heat by Spark Industries on one side and Zeiger Industries on the other. This is our second appearance sharing an island booth with Zeiger and our third appearance at PTXPO since acquiring Fast Heat’s remaining assets in the plastics industry in December 2020. The main feature of the Plastics Technology Expo 2025 booth #827 for Fast Heat by Spark Industries is our MOD24™, Modern Modular Hot Runner Controller. This highly anticipated release offers unlimited modularity of 6-zone hot runner control modules with 24-zone cabinets up to 192 zones and controlled by a single HMI. The user interface functions precisely like our customer-favorite Pulse hot runner controller but with 24 zones per page instead of thirty.

We will also feature a Pulse™ hot runner controller and point out new features such as OPC-UA, recipe upload/download, and upcoming CPU upgrades that ensure the sustainable availability of Pulse systems and spare parts for many years to come.
