We will notify you that the item is beyond repair so you can decide whether to pay for return shipping (possibly for spare parts) or have us dispose of the item (s) upon receiving your written instructions.
How long does it take to repair controllers, cables, and mold boxes?
Most repairs can be accomplished in a couple of weeks. However, it mostly depends on the availability of spare parts.
What is the warranty for repaired items?
Fast Heat controllers are given a 1-year warranty. Other brands will be determined at the time of service.
